Ingredients
Filling
- 8 ounces Cream Cheese Room temp
- 1 Large Egg
- 1/3 cup Sugar
- 1/8 tsp Table Salt
- 1 cup Chocolate Chips
Cupcakes
- 1 1/2 Cups All Purpose Flour
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1/4 cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/2 tsp Table Salt
- 1 cup Water
- 1/3 cup Vegtable Oil
- 1 tsp Vinegar
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Directions
Preheat oven to 350.
Mix together Cream cheese, egg, sugar, salt and chocolate chips.
In another bowl mix together Flour, Sugar, Cocoa, Baking soda, and Salt. In another bowl mix together the water, oil, vinegar and vanilla. Add wet ingredients to dry and combine thoroughly.
Fill cupcake tin 2/3 full with chocolate mix, then drop in 1-2 tsp cream cheese mix.
Bake for 30-35 minutes.
